Struggling Sebastian Vettel’s attempts to make a breakthrough with his 2014 car at this weekend’s Spanish GP have been dealt an early blow after Red Bull confirmed the electrical problem which ground the German to a halt in Practice One will keep him on the sidelines for the second session.
