British driver had been dropped for Alexander Rossi Issue said to be over a contractual dispute
Max Chilton will compete for Marussia at this weekends Belgian Grand Prix after the team reinstated him to his race seat, despite the team having announced that he would be replaced by the American driver Alexander Rossi.
This latest development in the saga that had begun when Chilton cancelled a scheduled press conference here in Spa on Thursday, was announced in a news story on the official Formula One website, although there has been no official statement from the team or the British driver.
