Qualifying crash forces Mercedes to change gearbox Hamilton will start 20th on grid with Nico Rosberg on pole

Lewis Hamilton will start Sundays German Grand Prix from 20th position, after Mercedes announced they will have to change the gearbox on his car.

Hamilton had a huge accident in Q1 after a right front brake disc failure and had been 15th on the grid.
