Hamilton was not “lucky” insists Cranfield motorsport programme director

A senior lecturer at Cranfield University has dismissed talk of Lewis Hamilton being “lucky” in escaping unscathed from last week’s accident at Monza, insisting that it was down “engineering and science”.
