FIA’s World Motor Sport Council reacts following Ukraine invasion
Following an extraordinary meeting of its World Motor Sport Council, the FIA has ruled, amongst other things, that Russian drivers may continue to participate providing they race in a neutral capacity under the FIA’s flag.
