Formula One chief executive claims it was his idea Ecclestone suggests more changes are on the way
Bernie Ecclestone has spoken out in support of Formula Ones recently announced ban on teams giving their drivers advice via radios and claimed it was his idea all along. The sports chief executive has also given a strong hint that there are more changes on the way.
The FIA, the sports governing body, announced recently that it was ready to enforce the rule that the drivers should drive the car alone and unaided. The ruling follows criticism that the drivers are little more than puppets, and merely follow instructions from the pit wall.
